One thing I really enjoy about Bangalore is that you can experience the city without following the usual tourist route. Walking through local markets like KR Market or Chickpet gives you a good feel for everyday city life.
I’d also suggest trying local food at small South Indian restaurants instead of only visiting popular cafés. You can explore Basavanagudi, visit an old temple, or spend some time in a local art or creative space.
If you have extra time, look for a small cultural event, weekend market, or workshop. These experiences helped me see a more local and relaxed side of Bangalore.
